1. Definitions

“Account”: The user profile you create to access and use the Service.

“Content”: Any data, information, writing, images, videos, or other materials you upload, post, or send through the Service.

“Create Dimension”: The owner and operator of the entire Create Dimension ecosystem, including the Platform, Service, products, Content, and all related assets.

“Data”: All digital information, text, messages, or materials submitted by Users while they are using the Service.

“Dimension”: A creation, product, or digital asset made, uploaded, and managed by a Dimension Account on the Multi Dimension platform.

“Dimension Account”: A type of Account representing a Group, Organization, or Company that creates and manages a Dimension. Dimension Account also refers to Dimension Creator.

“Professional Account”: A type of Account for individuals with specialized expertise who collaborate on the Platform using their professional name.

“Intellectual Property Rights”: All legal rights related to creative works and inventions, including patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and moral rights, whether officially registered or not.

“Multi Dimension”: The digital Platform created and operated by Create Dimension.

“Platform”: Collectively refers to the websites, mobile applications, and digital infrastructure managed by Create Dimension that hosts the Multi Dimension platform.

“Service”: The features, functions, and associated services.

“User”: Any person who uses or accesses the Platform, Service, products, or Content provided by Create Dimension.

2. General Provisions

1. Create Dimension is the owner of the product line that is originally developed, created, and owned by Create Dimension within Create Dimension ecosystem which includes Multi Dimension platform and all other related products.

2. You need to know that the Create Dimension platform is currently only for users involved in business, professional, and creative economy activities located within Jakarta. If your operations or activities are not based in the Jakarta region, you are not permitted to register an account. You can find more details about this geographical limit in Section 3 (“Availability of The Services”), point 2 (“Our Geographical Limitation and Territorial Scope”).

3. By reading, understanding, and agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you confirm that you fully understand and have the ability to assess, comprehend, and analyze the services and information available on Our Multi Dimension Platform. You also confirm that you are capable of measuring and evaluating all the risks related to any transaction or collaboration you decide to undertake on Our Platform.

4. By reviewing, understanding, and agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you specifically agree that you have the full ability to conduct all necessary checks, perform your own research, and initiate clear communication with Dimension Creators to get all the information you need before transacting or collaborating with them.

5. You are solely responsible for conducting independent analysis, examination, assessment, initiating and maintaining communication with any party with whom you intend to or are currently collaborating and/or transacting within Our Platform. Your responsibility in this regard is to obtain the clearest possible information required, particularly before executing any transaction or collaboration within the Create Dimension Platform.

6. You understand and accept that the risk associated with any form of transaction and collaboration conducted within the Create Dimension ecosystem is solely your own responsibility. We are not responsible for your actions, decisions, strategies, profits, or losses.

7. You are independently responsible for assessing, analyzing, evaluating, and forming your own judgment as to whether the products or services, quality, terms, and pricing offered by Dimension Creators are reasonable, rational, and acceptable.

8. Create Dimension does not provide any assurance or guarantee of profit regarding any transaction or collaboration that occurs on Our Platform. You remain solely responsible for the risks and decisions concerning any transaction and collaboration you undertake on Our Platform.

9. Regarding the use of the services, you understand and agree that you are personally and solely responsible for analyzing and assessing the benefits and risks of the entire Create Dimension ecosystem for Yourself.

10. The information provided within Our Platform does not constitute legal, financial, or any other form of advice, recommendation, or intent to direct you toward executing any transaction or collaboration with specific Dimensions or Professionals. The recommendation sections within Our Platform are provided solely as information and a feature for Users to explore certain categories of interest.

11. All transactions and collaborations that you have executed or will execute on Our Platform remain your sole responsibility, regardless of any recommendations, suggestions, observations, opinions, or comments that may be available on the Create Dimension app, platform, website, publication, or elsewhere.

12. You consciously, willingly, and irrevocably accept full responsibility for all actions you take within Our Platform. You agree not to assign or place any responsibility or liability on Us, including on Our directors, teams, representatives, or business partners, regarding such actions.

13. Create Dimension shall not be responsible for any form of transaction, collaboration, or any other dealing or activity that occurs outside of Our Platform, even if the involved parties initially connected or found each other through Our Platform.

14. We are not responsible for any losses, damages, or liabilities arising from or caused by your personal negligence or any other failure on your part to properly use or secure Our Platform.

15. Create Dimension reserves the right to update, replace, modify, or delete these Terms and Conditions, in part or in whole, at any time. Your continued use of the Create Dimension Platform after such changes become effective shall be deemed as your acceptance of and compliance with those changes. If you do not agree with the new terms that become effective, you are required to cease all access to and use of the entire Create Dimension ecosystem.

16. If you encounter or suspect any suspicious or unlawful activities within the Create Dimension ecosystem, you may report such activities to Us immediately.

17. These Terms and Conditions constitute an integral part of, and shall be read in conjunction with, the following ancillary documents: the Refund and Returns Policy, the Privacy Policy, the Registration Privacy Policy, and the Checkout Privacy Policy. Your agreement to these Terms and Conditions constitutes your automatic connection to and acceptance of all terms contained within the aforementioned Policies.

3. Availability of The Services

1. Availability and Changes

Create Dimension reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without liability, to commence, suspend, or discontinue the Services, in whole or in part, at any time.

Furthermore, Create Dimension reserves the right to modify, develop, update, replace, delete, or suspend any aspect of the Platform, Products, Content, and Services.

Create Dimension will use reasonable efforts to provide you with advance notice of any material changes or planned maintenance that may affect your use of the Services, where such notice is practical. However, you also acknowledge and agree that Create Dimension may update the Services with or without notifying you.

And hereby you state that you agree that you release us from responsibility, compensation, or any indemnifications for any losses and obstacles that you receive related to the unavailability of services at any time including conditions of service down or maintenance that make the service unavailable to you.

2. Geographical Limitation and Territorial Scope

For Create Dimension strategic vision and business direction, our platform is currently strictly limited and exclusively reserved for users engaged in business operations or professional activities within the Territorial Scope of Jakarta.

Accordingly, the user hereby acknowledges and explicitly agrees that the Company reserves the absolute right to limit access and/or terminate the user’s account if the user is not operating the business, professional activities, or not connected to any creative economy activities within the Jakarta region.

The Company shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or claims (of any kind whatsoever) incurred by the user as a result of such limitation or termination, as it fundamentally stems from the user’s initial non-compliance with the explicit terms and policies set forth herein.

3. Maintenance

While Create Dimension will use reasonable efforts to maintain high availability and performance of the Services, Create Dimension does not warrant or guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or perpetually available.

You acknowledge that service disruptions, issues, obstacles, or risks may occur, which could result in the temporary unavailability of the Services and potentially prevent you from processing transactions or conducting collaborations within the Platform.

4. Third-Party Services

The services may integrate third-party features and services, including, but not limited to, technology services providers, payment systems, and other integrated third parties. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you may be subject to the terms and conditions of those third parties.

Create Dimension is not responsible or liable for any loss, damage, or issues arising from your direct interaction with, or use of, these third-party services.

5. Assumption of Risk

Create Dimension commits to utilizing commercially reasonable efforts to implement security and technological safeguards designed to prevent system failure, hacking activities, and data theft. However, you acknowledge and agree that the use of the Platform involves inherent risks, including, without limitation:

• Hacking, system failure, malware attacks, or data theft;

• Fraud, expropriation, or attacks by malicious groups; and

• Any attack on the Services or systems which may cause the loss of your data, assets, or your ability to access and control such data and assets within the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Create Dimension shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, recovery costs, refunds, or compensation resulting from any such incident or risk.

6. Acceptance of Risk

By using the Services, you are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted all risks associated with the Services, including, but not limited to, those risks explicitly mentioned above and all other risks that are reasonably expected to be borne by you.

4. Accounts and Responsibilities

1. Agreement Before Account Creation

Prior to accessing or using the Create Dimension Platform, you must explicitly acknowledge and agree to the following documents, which collectively form the complete set of terms, rules, and policies governing the Create Dimension Ecosystem:

• Terms and Conditions (or Terms of Service)

• Privacy Policy

• Refund and Returns Policy

• Registration Privacy Policy

• Checkout Privacy Policy

By proceeding, you hereby accept and agree to all stipulations contained within these aforementioned documents. You represent and warrant that you possess the necessary capacity, authority, and ability to understand, comply with, and execute all applicable provisions within the Create Dimension Ecosystem.

2. Type of Accounts

Dimension Account

Dimension Account is designed for users that represent a Group, Organization, Division, or Corporate Entity.

And this also includes individuals who operate as an organization or company, but because it is still in the initial stages, this organization or company only consists of one person (which is himself/herself), though currently operating independently, but in the future it has a plan to form a crew to run this organization.

Overall, this type of account is for those who operate on behalf of an organization, group, or company.

The special feature of the Dimension Account is that they can offer their services and products on Multi Dimension Platform and they also have access to a set of features to support these business activities such as the dashboard feature on the Private Dimension Page where they can monitor sales charts, manage their product collections, and various settings for transactions and collaboration in the Create Dimension Ecosystem.

“Professional” Account

A Professional Account is an account type designed for individuals with their expertise or specialization within their industry and collaborate within the platform under their own name as professionals.

Professional Account is not permitted to offer services and products on the Multi-Dimension Platform. If you want to offer the services and products a Dimension Account can offer, you can log out of your Professional Account and create a dedicated Dimension Account, or log in to your existing Dimension Account if you have already created one.

However, you must commit that if in the near future there are no obstacles and barriers that hinder you, you must start recruiting other crews to join your Dimension as the initial idea of Dimension Account is designed for groups and not for individuals.

3. Registration

To create an account on Create Dimension Platform, you must complete the registration form with the information we require.

By doing so, you represent and warrant that:

a. The information you provide to Us is true, accurate, current, and complete.

b. You will update the information through the profile feature or other means as determined by Us, should there be any changes.

c. You accept the risk of temporary or permanent suspension or termination of your account if you fail to comply with the above.

d. We may periodically request additional documentation or information for the interests of Create Dimension, or specifically, for purposes such as crime and criminality prevention.

e. You authorize Us to store all the information you provide and you agree to our Privacy Policy regarding the processing of your personal data, including the transfer to third parties or stakeholders authorized by applicable law to process the personal data and information you provide to us.

f. You will immediately contact Us if you discover misuse of your account by another party, or the use of your account without your knowledge and consent. Furthermore, We reserve the right to take action without your consent.

4. Username, Password, & Account Management

After you complete the registration and verification process, you must maintain the confidentiality of your username and password.

Your account must remain strictly under your supervision or management and cannot be transferred to any other person for any reason whatsoever.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if We suspect that you have provided or your account is being used by another person.

You are responsible for all losses arising from your negligence in maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account, including your personal data and all details associated with your account.

Your username and password are your responsibility. The password replacement process is generated by the system, and this process prevents Us from knowing your password, therefore you must carry out the process independently using the available system.

5. Account Integration

You may use certain Services provided by third parties or Our business partners available within the Create Dimension platform. You hereby consent that We may share and connect your account and information with those third parties or business partners cooperating with Us. Furthermore, you grant Us the right to store such information.

You may also find links or hyperlinks within Our platform that direct you to social media, website addresses, services, or other links from parties cooperating with Us, including other users of Our platform who have the same account type as yours. Since all of these may not be owned or controlled by Us, you understand, acknowledge, and agree that We are not responsible for the content, services, terms and conditions, policies, and any practices found on all of them. Therefore, any damage and loss that may be caused or alleged to be caused by such matters are not Our responsibility, and you hereby release Us from all such liabilities.

6. Restriction and Termination of Access

You agree that Create Dimension may restrict and terminate your account’s access to the entire Create Dimension ecosystem at any time without prior notice and without your consent.

5. Use Of The Services

1. User Conduct and Restrictions

You agree that you will not use the Service for any purpose that is prohibited by these Terms and Conditions and by applicable law. By using this platform, you acknowledge that you are a mature digital citizen and understand the legal, ethical, and societal boundaries and norms regarding appropriate conduct on a digital platform.

You are strictly prohibited from doing the following:

a. Reproducing the Service.

b. Creating services that imitate or closely resemble our Service.

c. Translating, modifying, adapting, merging, creating derivative works of, disassembling, decompiling, reverse compiling or reverse engineering any part of the Services, except to the extent such restrictions are expressly prohibited by applicable law.

d. Using any program or tool to automatically or bulk collect data, copy content, or interact with the site/Service. This includes, but is not limited to: bots, automated accounts, robots, spiders, crawlers, scrapers, data mining tools, or manual activity conducted repeatedly, systematically, or excessively, which violates normal usage limits. Such activity may place unreasonable or disproportionate burdens on the servers, slow down the Service for other users, or lead to the theft, copying, or misuse of data and content within the platform. This restriction is intended to protect the integrity of platform data, including user data, and ensure fair opportunity for all users. You must also avoid any attempt to introduce viruses, malware, or any harmful code that could potentially compromise the Service.

e. Infringing any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, right of publicity, or other right of any person or entity.

f. Violating the law, being harmful, defamatory, damaging to reputation, offensive, fraudulent, invasive of another’s privacy, threatening, abusive, harassing, misleading, deceptive, false, pornographic, obscene, indecent, discriminatory, racial, or ethnic.

g. Engaging in junk or spam activities on our Platform, including against other users via their social media or website addresses listed on their Product or Profile Pages.

h. Impersonating a representative of Create Dimension or impersonating any account on the Platform.

i. Interfering or attempting to interfere with the function, performance, and smooth operation of the Service, causing the Service to be inhibited or halted. This includes imposing an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the Service.

j. Manipulating the Service in any form, including price manipulation, or manipulating/interfering with other users. This also includes circulating private information about other people or entities, including but not limited to photos, private phone numbers, or private addresses.

k. Transferring your account and username to another party without our consent.

l. Taking any action to manipulate or interfere with the system to affect feedback, ratings, reviews, and similar features.

2. Interactions With Other Users

You have personal responsibility for your interactions with other Users, whether they are Professional Accounts or Dimension Accounts. You must use common sense and good judgment to assess whether an interaction is suspicious or risky. You agree that you have the capacity to assess risk, and therefore, the security of your personal safety and assets is your own responsibility, not ours.

Create Dimension reserves the right, but has no obligation, to provide support or facilitate mediation in the event of a dispute between users.

Create Dimension is not responsible for the conduct of users, and any losses or damages that may arise from user-to-user interaction are not our responsibility.

3. Prohibited Use

You affirm that you are a responsible adult and digital citizen who does not need to be instructed on basic legal and ethical conduct. Therefore, you agree not to use our Platform for any of the following activities:

a. You shall not intend to or commit any criminal acts through our Platform.

b. You shall not use our Platform for any form of pornography or indecent acts, such as uploading pornographic content, engaging in verbal or non-verbal sexual harassment, or facilitating or leading to adultery.

c. You shall not use our Platform for any form of fraud, money laundering, theft, or robbery.

d. You shall not use our Platform for intellectual property infringement, such as uploading or selling the work of others and claiming ownership.

e. You shall not commit any other crimes or actions that violate law or public norms, including morality or public order, as well as any other misconduct.

4. Responsibility For Content

You accept and acknowledge that all Content present on the Create Dimension Platform is the sole responsibility of the owner, creator, or the party from whom the content originated.

Accordingly, each party is fully responsible for maintaining their own Content and bears complete liability for any consequences (positive or negative) that may arise from that Content.

6. Intellectual Property Rights, Assets, & Ownership

1. Create Dimension’s Intellectual Property Rights, Assets, & Ownership

Create Dimension is the owner of the entire Ecosystem, Platform, Services, Products, Content, Assets, Intellectual Property, Other Ownership, and everything within Create Dimension that belongs to us and/or that we created. Therefore, you agree to include and not be limited to respecting, honoring, not committing copyright infringement, plagiarism, piracy, forgery, false ownership claims, patent infringement, encroachment, defamation, illegal trade secret disclosure, imitation, resembling, impersonating, reproducing partially or entirely, reverse engineering, and other matters related to our ownership over all these things.

All intellectual property in Create Dimension that belongs to us and/or that we created. This includes but is not limited to design, software, content, products, services, text, images, branding, logo, trademark, visuals, campaigns, and other materials, are our property. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you acknowledge that all of this is our intellectual right and ownership, and you do not have intellectual property or ownership rights over it.

If you give us feedback, input, ideas, or suggestions in any form, you agree that we have no obligation whatsoever to provide you with compensation or anything else related to this. Unless perhaps we cooperate with you and there is a clear agreement or employment contract regarding all of this, so that this context refers to that contract. But without any contract, we have no obligation whatsoever to you related to this.

2. User’s Intellectual Property Rights, Assets, & Ownership

You must respect all assets and intellectual property rights of all parties present on the Create Dimension Platform. All forms of plagiarism, digital asset theft, piracy, and other legal violations related to the assets and intellectual property rights of all parties involved in the Create Dimension Ecosystem are regulated by applicable laws and regulations. Therefore, you must understand how these applicable laws and regulations might affect our Platform in dealing with these issues. This is so that you may act wisely toward all assets and intellectual property rights of every party on our platform, including your own.

You accept, acknowledge, and agree that all assets, intellectual property rights, and other ownership on the Create Dimension Platform are the rights and responsibility of the owner, creator, and the party from which these assets, intellectual property rights, and other ownership originate. Thus, each party is responsible for protecting their respective assets, intellectual property rights, and other ownership, and is fully responsible for all consequences, whether positive or negative, that may arise from all assets, content, intellectual property, and other ownership within the entire Create Dimension Ecosystem.

7. Collaboration, Transaction, Taxes, and Services Fees

1. Collaboration

You hereby state that you have good intentions regarding any collaboration you undertake on our platform and that you have no malicious intent or actions that potentially violate applicable laws, norms, rules, and regulations.

We are not responsible for any collaboration you undertake both on or outside our platform, in accordance with the previous point regarding user behavior and interaction on our platform.

And regarding your ability to detect unusual and unreasonable patterns or suspicious things you find from other users, this has been included in previous points within these terms and conditions.

2. Service Fees

There are also service fees that you can pay for our services. Currently, the service fee we set is a flexible payment based on your desire or at a price you deem appropriate to provide value to our services. The service fee may change at any time with or without prior notice.

3. Transaction, Refund, and Returns

You agree to pay us a set fee for every transaction or sale you make. Currently, the fee we require you to pay us is 20% of the total per transaction.

For the Dimension Creator or seller, you have the obligation to:

a. Maintain and understand the risks of the product you display. For example, if you sell digital products, you understand the extent to which you can share a portion of your digital product to be displayed on the Product Page.

b. The information you provide is true, accurate, current, and complete.

c. Your products and services comply with the information you provide.

d. The product you sell is not illegal or violates any law.

e. None of your products and services are listed as Prohibited products, services, or activities by authorized parties, such as law enforcement, government agencies, and so on.

f. There may also be products or services and activities connected to specific government regulations, laws, and authorities, where you must fulfill various requirements with these parties in order to sell your product or service.

g. You agree that you are ready to be fully responsible for any damage, errors, risks, potential risks, and losses that may arise from the product or service you sell if it is your fault and not the buyer’s negligence.

For refunds and returns, the seller is ready to be fully responsible as stated in the previous point, and the seller will promptly address, process, and not unduly delay the refund or returns that are the seller’s responsibility.

The buyer is ready to provide the clearest possible information if they have the right to claim back the funds paid to the seller due to an error in the product sold by the seller, and the buyer is ready to be patient with the process, which may take longer than the buyer’s expectation concerning refunds and returns. And the buyer agrees not to pressure us unfairly or excessively to handle this process.

You, the seller, the buyer, or all users shall not attempt or engage in any activity intended to partially or fully evade the fees set by Create Dimension, and you are ready to comply with all terms and rules established by Create Dimension and not obstruct us from our rights.

You agree that seller and buyer funds will be temporarily held by Create Dimension until we declare the transaction process complete. If there is no confirmation or complaint within the time we specify, the user agrees that the funds may be transferred to the party entitled to receive them.

You agree that Create Dimension may withhold your funds if we suspect your account or if your account is currently undergoing any unresolved issue process by Create Dimension.

4. Taxes

You agree that we may add taxes to the transactions you conduct, whether you are a seller or a buyer, in accordance with applicable regulations.

8. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for all decisions you make regarding the entire Create Dimension Ecosystem, including the platform, services, products, content, assets, intellectual property rights, and other ownership, whether belonging to Create Dimension, Users (be it Dimension Account or Professional Account), Third Parties, and all Stakeholders who have a relationship with Create Dimension.

You must treat service providers with respect.

You are responsible for all forms of loss and/or claims that may arise from matters that are your responsibility, whether intentional (such as violating these terms and conditions or any action that violates applicable laws and regulations) or unintentional.

9. Customer Services & feedbacks

For customer service or feedback, you can contact us via the email address we have provided. We might ask for additional information or data to help you resolve your needs. This information and data can be in the form of text, images, photos, screenshots, and so on, as required by us.

For questions or feedback that are not too complex, meaning they do not require long, detailed, and neat text along with heavy attachments like text, images, or video, you can contact us through the available message feature or via our social media.

10. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

The services are provided “as is” and “as available” with all possible errors, defects, inaccuracies, delays, and imperfections. Create Dimension strictly gives no complete guarantee that you will not face all those risks. Therefore, you agree to release the Create Dimension party from any loss, liability, and expense, such as lawyer fees, and you are ready to fully take responsibility and indemnify, including but not limited to these matters as well:

a. Your breach of this agreement.

b. The content, products, assets, and other ownership that you have on our platform.

c. Your lack of ability to use the services.

d. Problems, disputes, violations with other parties on our platform.

e. Violation of applicable laws, norms, rules, and regulations.

You hereby state that you understand and agree that to the extent permitted by applicable law, your use of the services is at your own risk, and you release us from all liability for any loss or damage you receive that may be caused by shortcomings, imperfections, or errors on our platform. Everything in this point 10 also applies to third parties involved in our platform. In no event shall the Create Dimension party be liable for any direct or indirect losses, including but not limited to damages, loss of profit, revenue, data, incidental, special conditions, or consequences of an event that occurs, losses, substitute services or goods in any case, and various other matters.

Create Dimension may, but has no obligation to, monitor, investigate, suspect, screen, review, remove, accept, or reject your content and all users’ content at any time with or without notification or consent from you and other users. In more detail, such as:

a. Accepting, rejecting, or removing content, products, or services that you are processing or have posted or uploaded with or without reason, according to our sole judgment or policy.

b. Taking any action that we deem necessary regarding your products, services, and content according to our own policy and judgment. This is applicable if we suspect or believe that your products, services, and content violate this agreement, violate applicable laws and regulations, infringe intellectual property rights, violate the rights of others or any entity, or may create obligations for us.

c. Cooperating with law enforcement and/or other applicable legal authorities, such as disclosing identities to these parties.

d. Taking appropriate legal action if necessary, such as for illegal or unauthorized use of the Services, or if we suspect, believe, or have evidence that criminal activity has occurred.

e. You agree that Create Dimension may, except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, disclose information, identity, material, content, or anything contained in the service for the purposes of:

– legal proceedings

– complying with applicable legal procedures and processes

– relevant, reasonable, and acceptable government requests

– enforcing the agreement

– action when you violate our rights or injure us or other parties on the platform

f. Terminating or suspending your access to all or part of the Create Dimension ecosystem with or without reason, including but not limited to, only limited to, violation of these terms and conditions.

11. Privacy Policy, Information Security, and Personal Data

You agree that we may store, manage, collect, use, process, and share the information and personal data you provide to us. The parties who may be connected with us in this matter include, but are not limited to:

a. Business partners

b. Third parties

c. Service providers

d. Consultants

e. Lawyers or other legal consultants

f. Government agencies that have authority according to applicable laws and regulations.

12. Dispute Settlement & Law

You agree that you will prioritize resolving any dispute or issue through deliberation and mutual understanding (amicable settlement). If deliberation is not achieved, you commit to opening further deliberation with the Create Dimension party to ultimately mutually decide whether this dispute should be taken to a legal forum or not.

13. Force Majeure
