This Privacy Policy governs how Create Dimension (hereinafter referred to as “We” or “Create Dimension“), acting as the Personal Data Controller, collects, uses, stores, discloses, and protects the Personal Data of users (hereinafter referred to as “You” or “User“) who access and use the entire Create Dimension ecosystem, including the Multi Dimension platform, products, content, and related services.
By accessing, using, or registering for Our Service, You provide Your explicit consent for Us to process Your Personal Data in accordance with this Policy.

1. Definitions and Data We Collect

Personal Data is any data about an individual that is identified and/or identifiable, whether individually or in combination with other information, either directly or indirectly through electronic and/or non-electronic systems.

We collect data from two main sources: data You provide directly, and data collected automatically when You use the Service.

2. Purposes of Personal Data Processing
2.1. Provision of Core Services
- Managing, operating, and providing access to all Services and features of the Multi Dimension platform.
- Processing transactions, payments, and fund disbursement for Dimension Creators.
- Maintaining, correcting, and improving Service functionality (including debugging).
- Performing identity verification for security purposes, account management, and fraud prevention.
2.2. Legal and Regulatory Compliance
- Verifying Geographical Limitation: Ensuring that You are a User involved in business or professional activities located within Jakarta, in accordance with Our Terms and Conditions.
- Compliance with applicable legal obligations in Indonesia, including taxes, taxation, and reporting to the authorized government or law enforcement authorities.
- Preventing and investigating unlawful activities, fraud, intellectual property infringement, and Service abuse.
2.3. Communication and Marketing
- Sending Service-related notifications, updates, promotions, or other relevant information (if You have consented).
- Menanggapi inquiries, feedback requests, and providing customer service.
3. Disclosure and Transfer of Personal Data
We may disclose or share Your Personal Data with third parties only for the purposes described in this Policy and in accordance with the provisions of the PDP Law.
3.1. Third-Party Service Partners
- Payment Gateway Providers: Transaction Data will be shared with payment partners to securely process the Service Fee and fund transfers.
- Infrastructure Service Providers: Cloud computing and hosting service providers (which may be located outside Indonesia) to ensure the stability of Our Services.
- Consultants and Auditors: Parties assisting Us with legal compliance, financial matters, and internal audits.
3.2. Law Enforcement and Legal Obligations
We may disclose Personal Data if required by law, judicial process, or a legitimate request from competent government or law enforcement authorities in Indonesia (e.g., for investigation of cybercrimes under the ITE Law or IP infringement).
3.3. Corporate Transactions
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, Personal Data may be transferred to the acquiring third-party entity. We will ensure that such party remains bound by this Privacy Policy.
3.4. Cross-Border Data Transfer
Given that We may utilize global server services or cloud providers, Your Personal Data may be processed and/or stored outside the territory of the Republic of Indonesia. We will ensure that such transfers are carried out on a legitimate legal basis and that the recipient of the data abroad provides a level of protection equivalent to or higher than that required by the PDP Law.
4. Personal Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational steps as mandated by the PDP Law to protect Your Personal Data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include encryption, access control, and regularly updated security systems.
However, You understand that no transmission or storage system is 100% secure. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your password and Account credentials.
5. Data Subject Rights (In Accordance with PDP Law)
As a Data Subject, You have the following rights regarding Your Personal Data:
5.1. Right of Access and Correction
You have the right to request access and copies of Your Personal Data, as well as to request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete Personal Data through the features in Your Account or by contacting Us.
5.2. Right to Erasure
You have the right to request Us to erase Your Personal Data, unless We are obliged to retain the data for purposes of legal compliance, dispute resolution, or other legitimate interests as per the PDP Law.
5.3. Right to Restrict Processing
You have the right to request Us to restrict the processing of Your Personal Data under certain conditions.
5.4. Right to Withdraw Consent
You have the right to withdraw Your consent to the processing of Your Personal Data at any time. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
5.5. Right to Object to Processing
You have the right to object to the processing of Your Personal Data, especially for direct marketing purposes.
6. Personal Data Retention
We will retain Your Personal Data for as long as You have an active Account and use the Service, and for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes set out in this Policy.
After Your Account is terminated or deleted, We may retain Your Personal Data for purposes of legal compliance, auditing, accounting, and dispute resolution, in accordance with applicable legal obligations in Indonesia.
7. Changes to the Policy
We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace this Privacy Policy at any time. We will notify You of material changes via email or a notice on the platform. By continuing to use the Service after the changes take effect, You are deemed to have agreed to the revised Privacy Policy.
